Responsibilities：

l  Report to senior management of the board;

l  Responsible for supervising and monitoring the day-to-day operations, including CGSE regulated activities;

l  Explore and develop business opportunities for “Shenzhen-Hong Kong Gold Connect”；

l  Maintain good relationships with CGSE, banks, funds and institutional / individual shareholders;

l  Liaise with internal counterparties where necessary;

l  Handle other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements：

l  Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines；

l  Sound knowledge in finance services；

l  Over 5 years or above experiences in derivative markets, money markets like Forex/SpotFX, Commodities like gold/silver/platinum/palladium, oil, futures, indices etc.;

l  Holder of/ eligible to apply for the CGSE Registered Manager is highly preferred;

l  Have strong network of contacts with banks, funds and institutional / individual investors;

l  Good interpersonal and presentation skills; and

l  Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
