Private Banking / Cross Border Business Relationship Managers ($60K – 80K subject to experience) 

• Provide excellent service to high net worth clients;
• Performing and executing a broad range of banking and investment transactions for Private Banking clients from Mainland China and HK;
• Plan, drive and manage recruitment programs to recruit frontline sales and teams leaders to support the business growth of wealth management products
• Plan, organize and conduct training courses for sales force to equip the frontline sales with required competencies including product knowledge of wealth management products, sales skills, compliance knowledge, operational process, etc.
• Oversee the sales teams’ licences related matters in order to comply with internal and external requirements on relevant regulated activities
• Assist the department in achieving the recruitment target

Investment / Bancassurance Consultants ($30K - 60K subject to experience) 

• Provide professional support and coach branch marketing staff to meet their investment targets
• Enhance investment sales, optimize sales capacity and effectiveness for retail investment business
• Formulate and implement business strategies to support assigned regions meeting overall targets and generating extra investment fee income
• Assist frontline marketing staff to identify suitable customers for marketing of products, prepare presentation materials to customers and build up business base
• Participate in joint marketing calls with frontline marketing staff to act as investment product specialist

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent in Finance or Business Administration;
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in financial services industry, with solid experience in any of IFA / agency development / management, sales recruitment and sales training;
• Holder of relevant HKMA / SFC / CIB licenses;
• Solid knowledge of wealth management products and investment products;
• Good analytical ability and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
