Responsibilities:

• Handle investment and insurance products account opening, trading and new business.
• Handle customers' enquiries.
• Administer the issuance, renewal, endorsement and premium settlement of insurance policies.
• Provide training to support and maintain good relationship with services providers.
• Ensure all procedures, workflows and documentations are complied with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments assigned by supervisors.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above, and have passed Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) Paper I, II, III, V.
• Holder of Licensing Examination for Securities and Futures Intermediaries (HKSI) Paper 1 is a definite advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance or insurance industry is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
