1) BIM DESIGNER / FF&E DESIGNER

Requirements:

• Handle full set of project independently and deliver project from design intent through to completion
• High level of presentation and leadership skills
• Min.7 years relevant experience with preference in hotel design projects or luxury residential
• Strong design flair, good initiative and able to work under pressure
• Strong coordination ability and good communication skills
• Fluent in English required; mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, Illustrator & Photoshop
• Willing to travel, whenever required

2)  ART CONSULTANT

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years relevant experience in handling and sourcing art works for hotel operators & residential developer;
• Resourceful, ability to perform quality control and inventory management;
• Maintain up-to-date suppliers / services provider database;
• Fluent & good command of written English, Cantonese & Mandarin;

3)  MAKETING EXECUTIVE 

Requirements: 

• Support the marketing team on drafting a wide range of contract proposals and tender documents
• Responsible, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Meticulous attention to details with an emphasis on consistency and accuracy
• Experience with RFP fee calculations and contract negotiations
• Experience and confidence in working with senior management and various levels of an organization
• Strong proof-reading and editing skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
• Proficiency in MS office, Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is preferred

 4)  ON-SITE SENIOR DESIGNER / DESIGNER (CONTRACT BASE)
 

 Requirements:

• Responsible for on-site execution, supervise project progress, coordination with clients and sub-contractors, site report, drawing submission
• Attend regular site meetings, monitor progress and workmanship on site
• Good skill in shop drawing and details drawing
• Good knowledge in Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max
• Proficiency in MS office, Word, Excel & MS Project preferred
• Creative and responsible
• Responsible, able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediately available

5)  RECEPTIONIST

  Requirements:

• Greet guests and perform general reception duties;
• Good telephone manners, patience and good interpersonal skills;
• Assist in general office administrative and clerical work;
• Proficiency in MS office applications;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned;
• Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken;
