Responsibilities:

• Provide one stop services for frequent travelers 
• Listening and sharing experience with travelers
• Support for booking reservation and answer general enquires all over the phone
• work independently and strong in problem solving skills

Requirements:

• Immediately Available is an advantage
• Experienced in Hotel related Industry, Ticketing, Airport, Airline or Cruise Industry.
• Excellent command of English. Knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Good organization and Fast learner
