To support this rapid growth, we are now looking for high caliber, experienced and most importantly devoted & dedicated professionals for the following career opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all reservations inquires and manage bookings in an organized and efficient manner;
• Prepare various reservations weekly and monthly reports;
• Work closely with various departments to ensure all guests’ requests are prearranged prior to arrival.

Requirements:

• Form 5 (HKCEE) or Form 6 (DSE) graduate or above with 1 year relevant hotel experience in reservations;
• Knowledge in the hotel system such as Opera / HIS;
• Self-motivated, well-organized, initiative, responsible and hard-working;
• Independent with good efficiency and able to work under pressure;
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese including Putonghua.
