Guest Service Officer  / Sr. Officer - HK$17-21k

• Responsible for front desk services to the serviced apartments. 
• Maintaining good relations, liaising with tenants on their specific requirements
• Handling inquiries, and performing various administrative duties.
• 2- 3 years’ experience in hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is essential
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Chinese word processing, PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of hotel management system is an advantage.
• 5 days per week, 9 Hours per day, ( No need overnight shift)
