Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and lead Data Quality Management Programs
• Monitor, verify and report Data Quality issue and status
• Support businesses to implement Group Data Strategy and Group Data Policy Framework
• Work with business to implement Data Quality Remediation for identified issues and monitor its progress
• Work with IT teams and Architecture Team to make sure IT projects fulfill the defined data management requirements
• Work with ASP Regional Data Management Team to implement the latest Group Data Governance Framework
• Conduct regular training on data management to strength the Data Management and Quality Requirements in IT and businesses

Job Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' relevant working experience 
• Solid experience in Data Management, Data Governance and Data Quality
• Application development experiences in different database technologies such as MSSQL, IBM DB2, Oracle DB, Teradata and / or Sybase
• Strong computation background with experience on VB.Net, J2EE and reporting tools such as Cognos, Qlik and familiar with tools and technologies supporting Big Data/ Data Science will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and self-motivation with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership, communication, interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
