Key Responsibility

- Responsible for support and troubleshooting of Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop) & ASSIST4;
- Perform server & infrastructure installation, deployment, maintenance;
- Provide technical support for website, user application system, system software & hardware;
- Responsible for on-site support and troubleshooting.

Who may be considered?

- Bachelor Degree holder in Information Technology or other relevant disciplines with 1 – 3 years’ relevant working experience;
- Associate / Higher Diploma / Certificate holder in Information Technology or other relevant disciplines with more than 3 - 5 years’ relevant working experience;

Desired Skill & Knowledge:

- Sound knowledge of Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop) System, ASSIST4, ERP system;
- Hands-on experience in Windows/Linux/VMware/Hyper-V installation, deployment, performance monitoring;
- Knowledge in Bartender Label printing and SATO printers are advantageous;
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight timeline;
- Effective communication with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Japanese speaking will be an advantage but not a must.
