Responsibilities :

• Provides top-notch customer service and builds excellent membership experiences
• Drives individual and corporate membership sales
• Develops and executes club promotional marketing
• Independently handles daily operation and administrative work
• Promotes team building through training, motivation, coaching and evaluation
• Participates in community events to promote the club’s business

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree or above
• 1-2 years of working experience in Sales / Marketing preferred ( less experience or fresh graduate may be considered for Assistant to Club Manager )
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Friendly, courteous, and a good team player
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• CPR certification
• Experience in fitness, social media marketing, knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop and video editing skills will be an advantage
