Job description

• Promote the brand in intellectual property, technology transfer and startup industry, to gain business opportunities
• Support and grow relationships with strategic partners and vendors to enhance marketing activities
• Draft and translate various communication materials in both Chinese and English (manual brochure, press release, advertisement, website contents)
• Prepare operation documents for existing clients and liaison with clients efficiently and effectively
• Coordinate with various teams in headquarter for all operation matters

Job requirement  

• Degree or above in Communication, Marketing, Public Relation, Journalism, Science or related disciplines
• Fresh graduate with strong desire to learn is welcomed
• Interested in technology transfer, intellectual property, innovation and startup
• Great interpersonal skills and business sense
• Experience in marketing is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken in Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office and computer skills
• Reliable, creative, open-minded and able to work independently and efficiently under pressure and be able to multi task several projects and complete projects fast and efficiently within tight deadlines
