Job Description

We require:

  • Hands-on experience of company secretarial work
  • Knowledge of CSA
  • Good English (Mandarin also preferred) and technical skills 
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Team player (heading a team of 6)
  • Ability to produce quality work independently
  • Well organised
  • Some relevant experience, preferably gained in professional firms. (Different lengths of experience will be considered on a case by case basis.)
