A position with primary responsibility to provide effective support within sales team in following up closely with clients and executing advertising sales and event management contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Following up monthly re detailed execution of advertising contracts, including working closely and effectively with internal departments as well as clients / advertising agencies
• Providing reliable support within sales team in planning, organizing, promoting and executing different types of events
• Working and coordinating effectively with third-parties such as venue and contractors, to ensure all requirements of event management contracts with clients are delivered properly and with quality

Skills and Requirements:

• University graduated preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in sales & marketing, with strong communications and project management skills
• A cheerful and reliable team player, and be able to work independently on his/her own areas and under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and time management, deadline-oriented with good attention to detail
• Possession of strategic planning and negotiation skills an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for "Assistant" position
