Responsibilities:  

• Handle existing accounts
• Follow up customer orders and shipping documents
• Assist in organizing the local and overseas exhibitions
• To provide support services to the sales team
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• F.7, Diploma or degree holder in any discipline
• 2+ years working experience
• Good command of spoken Putonghua, English and Cantonese
• Good PC knowledge in Window Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing)
• Knowledge of shipping, MULTIABLE ERP system and MYOB accounting is a plus.
• Candidate needs to be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail oriented, initiative and willing to learn
• Willing to travel occasionally to Dongguan or overseas
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales and Marketing Executive
