Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of management accounts
• Prepare daily accounting vouchers and journal entries
• Perform monthly reconciliation of bank balances and intercompany balances
• Prepare invoices and receipts
• Liaise with accountants of group companies
• Liaise with banks and external auditors
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• University graduate, major in Accountancy
• 1 year working experience preferred but fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, eager to learn and able to work under pressure
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, having experience in using accounting system is an advantage
