Job Description
Responsibilities:
- supervise messengers, drivers, tea ladies and watchmen to deliver quality office service;
- maintain office security, safety and tidiness;
- handle office space planning, renovation and relocation;
- handle ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- tertiary educated with at least 5 years' office administration experience in sizable organizations with good exposure in office renovation and relocation
- strong sense of responsibility and commitment, effective communications skills in interacting with people at all levels
- detailed, meticulous and organized with good common sense
- willing to work beyond office hours and on holidays to supervise office renovation and relocation projects
- ability to plan office space; organize and execute renovation and relocation projects
- proficient in Microsoft Office and with knowledge in using CAD for drawing layout plans preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer.
