Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review and confirm the employment history and contact information of all new experts that join Coleman’s network ensuring accuracy, consistency and completeness
  • Cross-reference submitted information against multiple sources, including resumes, biographic data and LinkedIn
  • Proactively contact and update the employment information of existing experts through email and phone campaigns
  • Interface with Coleman’s experts and clients to coordinate the scheduling of client requested consultations and monitor to ensure that both parties make the scheduled appointment
  • Salvage missed consultations when appropriate
  • Liaise with Coleman’s Client Management teams to ensure completion of these tasks
  • Other projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 6 to 12 months of customer service and/or administrative experience preferred; new graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, along with excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Self- motivated, reliable and energetic
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
