Job Description

This role is to provide all round receptionist duties and administrative assistance to the office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing general receptionist duties including but not limited to answering phone calls, welcoming guests, meeting room reservations and logistic arrangement etc.
  • Arranging courier delivery and handling all incoming and outgoing mails/courier documents etc
  • Greeting guests and tea serving
  • Handling general administrative affairs 
  • Provide general clerical supports and other duties as assigned

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or above with 1 year relevant working experience in administration
  • Solid experience in administrative and/or receptionist work
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in general PC skills (MS word, excel, and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Excellent command of spoken Mandarin and English
  • Excellent service manner, positive working attitude, helpful, being punctual, good teamwork, attention to details, well organized, and polite are key essential to this opening
  • Immediate available preferred
