Job Description
A prestigious investment bank, is urgently looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their Central office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Directly report to senior management (CFO / COO);
- Handle full spectrum of HR related matters, including but not limited to staff recruitment, exit interview, employee compensation management, employee benefits, and staff retention;
- Oversee the monthly payroll system and employee benefits program;
- Monitor day to day HR process to provide one-stop-shop HR services to the company;
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to make sure it is in line with market practice;
- Handle staff complaints in accordance to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements;
- Analyze and review various HR processes/procedure to communicate effectively with senior management to ensure the execution of policies and procedures are in proper place;
- Provide general support to ad hoc projects as requested by senior management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holders with at least 7 years of experience in HR discipline
- HR exposure in investment bank or financial industry is a plus
- In depth knowledge of HK employment ordinance and tax legislative
- Well versed with general HR practices
- Able to perform multi-tasks with excellent communication skills; able to work independently and strong problem solving skills
- Fluent of spoken of Mandarin is a MUST
