A prestigious investment bank, is urgently looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their Central office.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Directly report to senior management (CFO / COO);
• Handle full spectrum of HR related matters, including but not limited to staff recruitment, exit interview, employee compensation management, employee benefits, and staff retention;
• Oversee the monthly payroll system and employee benefits program;
• Monitor day to day HR process to provide one-stop-shop HR services to the company;
• Review and update HR policies and procedures to make sure it is in line with market practice;
• Handle staff complaints in accordance to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements;
• Analyze and review various HR processes/procedure to communicate effectively with senior management to ensure the execution of policies and procedures are in proper place;
• Provide general support to ad hoc projects as requested by senior management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holders with at least 7 years of experience in HR discipline
• HR exposure in investment bank or financial industry is a plus
• In depth knowledge of HK employment ordinance and tax legislative
• Well versed with general HR practices
• Able to perform multi-tasks with excellent communication skills; able to work independently and strong problem solving skills
• Fluent of spoken of Mandarin is a MUST
