Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
• Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must be detail oriented with an ability to work independently and under strict deadlines
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, extremely organized, able to prioritize work and multi-task effectively
• Capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Team player who works well on group projects
• Must be comfortable directly interacting with clients both via email and over the phone
• Project management experience is highly desirable
• Experience using an online survey platform (Confirmit, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc.) is ideal but not required
• Experience using BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is ideal but not required
• Willingness to provide weekend coverage is ideal but not required
