Job Responsibilities

• The major contact of each project who will accompany the roadshow(Deal/None-deal) team all the way and supervise all the activity arrangements of roadshow. He/she will take full responsibility for the project preparation, services provided and control overall cost.
• Maintaining strong communication links with the client, banks and internal project execution team (including logistics management and production team and etc.), communicating the clients’ requests to the internal team clearly, monitoring all schedule changes 24/7 and prioritizing the team’s work flow.
• Responsible to all the documents submit to the clients, including itinerary, travel plan and event rundown etc.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder with minimum 1 year full time working experience (travel management or customer service are preferred)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
• Candidates must be enthusiastic, show initiative, be excellent team players and prepared to work demanding hours
• Traveling globally and working through different time zones is required
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred
