Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounting books including A/R, A/P and other account items;
• Prepare monthly sales summaries and account statements by clients;
• Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording A/R and A/P data;
• Prepare invoices and reconcile the A/R ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted;
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients billing issues;
• Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization by sending bill reminders and contacting clients for collecting outstanding accounts / aging balances; and
• Handle ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Proven at least 2 years working experience of accounting related positions;
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations;
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and Quickbook is a must; and
• Good command of spoken and written English.
