Main Job Duties

• analyze and interpret data and prepare financial modeling and valuation (DCF, comparable companies analysis, etc.);
• collect and decipher market information on global tech stocks and HK stocks
• review financial accounts, management accounts and cashflow statements of operating companies
• prepare financial and investment reports and draft proposals/presentations in PowerPoint
• assist in all aspects of due diligence work surrounding the investment opportunity
• conduct valuation and financial analysis on listed companies
• collect and decipher market information
• assist in other ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree holders in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with CFA qualification
• with at least 4 to 5 years’ experience as a property analyst and/or working in investment banks involving in Capital market deals, M & A transactions and/or restructuring
• well versed in financial statement analysis, HK listing and takeover rules and hands on experience on operating Reuters and Bloomberg machines
• excellent presentation and communication skills
• detailed with good numeric sense and substantial experience of financial modeling , industry analysis, due diligence and deal execution
• self-motived, independent and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• advanced users of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

We work 5 days per week.
