Requirement:

- Business level in Japanese, English and Mandarin

- Preferably 2yrs or above account and administration exp.

- Must be detail-oriented, ability to prioritize workload and multi-task

Duties:

- Handle administrative duties in all aspects

- Responsible for secretarial support to directors

- Simple accounting duties such as data entry, arrange payment, petty cash management

- Liaise with accounting firms

- Ad hoc duties as assigned
