Our client is a top tier financial institution with offices around the globe. Due to its continuous expansion, the company is looking for a Financial Reporting Associate for its Employee Share Plan Management Services.

Responsibilities:

• To service clients’ share-based compensation related financial reporting needs
• To prepare and audit financial reports
• To respond to written and telephone enquiries from clients
• To communicate with auditors and provide necessary assistance
• To assist in financial statements and reports consolidation
• To assist in maintaining work quality and enhancing work efficiencies and effectiveness on general accounting workflow and data capturing
• To perform ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 2-3 years’ experience in accounting
• Ability in technical IFRS reporting
• Ability to use MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level is a must
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with employee share-based compensation is a bonus
• Familiar with Macro or VBA is a plus
