Accounts & Administration Manager (Job ID: 1600)

Responsibilities:

• To ensure timely preparation of financial reports (such as FRR), company budget, tax filing and business performance statistics
• To liaise with internal and external parties on accounting and administration related matters
• To handle fund management to meet ongoing operational requirements
• To ensure the daily operations are in compliance with the requirements stipulated by the regulatory bodies, such as SFC and SEHK
• To undertake ad hoc tasks as requested

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably major in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience with at least two years at middle management level
• Sound knowledge in securities industry with in-depth understanding of relevant practices, rules and regulations of the regulatory bodies, such as SFC, HKMA & SEHK
• A team leader with risk awareness
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office, accounting system and securities broker system
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
