Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the accounting manager to maintain operation in Finance department in HK head office, PRC subsidiaries and offices
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, treasury and management reports
• Liaise with external auditors in annual statutory audit
• Liaise with bankers on operational banking matters including L/C, guarantees and foreign currency contracts
• Review regional subsidiaries and offices monthly reports
• Station in HK with regular visits to PRC subsidiaries and offices for operational review and internal audit assignments
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting
• Six years relevant experience or above including auditing experience, manufacturing accounting experience would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of PRC accounting and taxation regulations
• Proficient in MS office and knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal communication skills, responsible, independent, result oriented and able to meet deadlines
