Manager (Financial Reporting)

Responsibilities:  

• Work with the Team Head to manage the financial reporting functions of the Group
• Prepare the interim and year-end Group financial statements in accordance with HKFRS and the Banking Disclosure requirements
• Prepare month-end closing tasks and consolidation 
• Liaise with auditors on audit matters
• Provide accounting advice to stakeholders
• Assist in the assessment and adoption of new accounting standards

AM / Manager (Regulatory Reporting) 

Responsibilities:  

• Work with the Regulatory Reporting Team Head to manage and prepare statutory financial reports, banking returns and surveys in accordance with the HKMA reporting guidelines
• Review HKMA banking returns to ensure accurate, timely, effective and efficient financial reporting to HKMA
• Participate in system enhancement projects relating to regulatory reporting
• Further enhance the analytical capability of the team for reports to senior management, and ensure an effective and efficient internal control system is in place for regulatory reporting
• Coach and develop junior team members skillsets

Requirements: 

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience gained from audit firms or banking industry
• Familiar with accounting standards, regulatory financial requirements
• Familiar with HKMA reporting requirements
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as AM
