Assistant Channel Operations Manager (Risk & Control Unit) (Job ID: 1714)

Responsibilities: 

• To assist in monitoring credit control of retail portfolio
• To ensure the credit facilities applications and annual review documentation submitted by branches are adhered to the procedures and to ensure the accuracy of credit documentation record
• To identify documentation deficiencies and recommend rectification
• To prepare the periodic reports to Credit Risk Management Department and Financial Control Department
• To assist branches to update accounting entries in General Ledger System

 Requirements: 

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics, at Level 2/Attained/Grade E or above
• Minimum of 3 years’ banking experience with at least 1 year in the supervision of branch operations
• Good understanding of relevant banking operations and policies, procedures, practices and rules controls and accounting
• A good team player with excellent communication skills and risk awareness
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable

(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Channel Operations Officer)
