• Lead a compliance team to perform AML investigation, checking, monitoring and review
• Identify compliance issues and initiate changes applicable to the Bank’s operations under the prevailing Ordinances, rules and regulations regarding prevention of money laundering
• Formulate AML compliance policies and procedures
• Advise business units on AML matters
• Prepare, review and update AML compliance manuals and policies
• Assist the Head of Compliance in developing and implementing AML compliance programs and procedures
• Liaise with external counsel on the Bank’s legal/AML compliance issues
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in banks or securities / audit firms
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of AML Deputy Compliance Manager
