Job Description
Our client, a well-established food product retailer, is currently search for high caliber professional to join them.
Responsibilities
- Report to the CEO
- Conduct on-site audit regularly
- Responsible to lead the accounting team in finance and accounting duties
- Prepare and review monthly management reports, financial analysis and cash-flow statements
- Consolidate financial reports from HK and China present to board
- Coordinate with banks for funding and financial operations
- Responsible for researching, assessing potential deals, reviewing feasibility study report, providing business and financial recommendations on projects
- Develop a standardizing and adapting accounting policies and procedures across the group.
- Cash flow / treasury management including coordinating payments to suppliers.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Qualified Accountant of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 8 yearsaccounting experiencewith 3 years of supervising
- Highly regard the experience in retail industry
- PRC GAAP knowledge preferred
- Candidate with less experience could be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
