Requirements

• A university degree in Accountancy; and/or certifiable professional accountancy qualification; or equivalent
• Preference for candidates with 3 years post-qualification experience; or 7 years solid experience in accountancy
• Proficiency in computing / PC skills, e.g. Excel, Word
• Strong analytical ability, good interpersonal and communication skill, mature and responsible;
• Creativity in problem solving and demonstrate a positive response to changes
• Ability to organize work in a busy working environment, meet all reporting requirement and deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English, written Chinese and fluent Cantonese

Duties

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of a wide range of financial services, such as financial accounting, financial management, payroll and payment operations, revenue management, service costing, budget planning and monitoring, treasury management, financial control etc.
• Assist in development and enhancement of financial systems
• Manage the preparation of financial analysis, projection, management and performance reports
• Supervise the conduct of data collection and information analysis
• Supervise the maintenance of proper books of accounts and other accounting records
• Monitor the compliance of relevant regulations, policies, guidelines and manuals as set out by relevant authorities to meet operation needs.
• Implement effective internal control system and financial risk management
• Draw up annual business planning and quarterly reporting in a timely manner
