Responsibilities:

• To assist in overseeing and preparing month end accounts closing and consolidation, financial and management report, forecast and financial analyst;
• To liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters;
• To work closely with the finance team of PRC subsidiaries to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely;
• To supervise and provide guidance to subordinates on daily operations and to help the team in solving work related issues;
• To handle tax filing; and
• To handle ad hoc assignment as requested.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance or Accounting with professional accounting qualification;
• Minimum 4-5 years working experience, with Big 4 background is preferred;
• Experience on PRC property industry is highly preferred;
• Hands-on experience in consolidated financial statements with tight deadline;
• Strong analytical mind and good business sense, understanding in PRC GAAP and HKFRS is a must;
• Out-going, independent, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills, can work under pressure;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Occasional travel to PRC is required;
• Immediately available will be an advantage.
• Less experience will be considered as Accountant.
