Duties

• Manage & align operational data against actual financial reports
• Prepare presentations for business review by showing trends, comparisons and overall tracking of business performance

• Analyze, develop and propose enhancements to current business processes, reports and applications in order to optimize system effectiveness
• Lead a cross functional discussion to minimize miss-alignment

• Support new system migration project including User Acceptance Test and data migration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Operations, Accounting or Finance is preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years industry experience
• Familiar with Flex system is preferable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (with VBA knowledge will be an advantage)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and to manage multiple competing priorities.
