Responsibilities:

• Monitor profit margin to ensure shipments are profitable unless due to valid reasons
• Prepare business statistics reports / performance reports
• Investigate and clarify cost discrepancy
• Maintain data quality with systematic filing record
• Tactful communication with concerned departments for queries over cost data
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• At least 1 year relevant experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry
• Familiar with ocean operations in freight forwarding industry
• Experience in accounting field will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and complete tasks before deadline
• Good analytical ability and numerical sense
• Proficient in using MS Excel, Word and Outlook Express
• Fair written and spoken English
• Good communication skill, responsible and able to work independently
• Immediate availability is preferred
