Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for payable analysis & commentary, account reconciliation, month end closing under Payable function, i.e. commission trend analysis.
• Responsible for system development and enhancement with involving preparing UR, UAT, training manual and system maintenance under Procurement and Payment related system.
• Perform validation in Procurement process, and assist inter-company payable analysis and reconciliation.
• Assist to formulate, review financial control policies and procedures to improve internal control, i.e. SOX, transformation.
• Assist to undertake ad-hoc assignment as required

Job Requirements

• University Graduate in Accounting/ Finance or relating discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant or audit experience, preferable gained from financial industry
• Possess strong analytical, communication and good in presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of SUN and Oracle accounts is an advantage
• Excellent communication and analysis skills, fluent in English and Cantonese
• Attentive to details with good interpersonal skills
