• Oversee the regular local statutory reporting processes of life insurance business. Maintain proper accounting records under the finance framework.
• Ensure financial statements and reports are produced in an accurate and timely manner for respective internal and external users.
• Coordinate external audit on local statutory reporting.
• Prepare the accounting for complicated transactions. Participate in discussions, and collaborate with actuarial and other finance teams, and external auditors on handling accounting treatments and issues.
• Participate in initiatives of compliance with new regulatory requirements.
• Oversee Asset Data Store submission for Solvency II.
• Supervise the financial reporting team members on their daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or Finance 
• Qualified accountant
• 8 years of relevant experience in financial industry, in which 2 years at supervisory level
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both English and Chinese
• Strong system knowledge
