Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

l   Handle Full Set of Accounts.  

l   Responsible for responding to providers and related department. 

l   Matching POS system data.

l   Responsible for the company's cash, bank balances and journal ledger.

l   Calculate sales department commission.

l   Perform monthly inventory closing duties. 

l   Assist Accounting Officer to prepare monthly financial report and analysis.

l   Revenue and Expenditure Account Management.

l   Other ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor.

責任包括但不限於：

l    處理全盤會計。

l   負責回覆供應商或相關部門同事有關財務上的查詢(如確認付款或繳款通知)。 

l   負責處理及核對日常帳目、銷售記錄。 

l   負責公司現金、銀行結存工作及日記帳的紀錄。

l   計算營銷部門佣金。

l   執行每月庫存盤點事項。

l   協助會計主任完成每月財務報告及履行財務分析。

l   收支帳目管理。

l   需完成上司指派之其他工作。

Specific Requirements include, but are not limited to:

l   Diploma or above in in Accounting or Finance or related disciplines with relevant professional accounting qualification.

l   Minimum of 3 years relevant accounting experience.

l   Mature, well-organized and able to work independently.

l   Proficient IT skills - confident in using MS Word, Excel & Chinese Typing.

l   Knowledge account system (Dynamic) is preferred.

l   Ability to work under tight timeline and high work pressure. 

l   Immediate available is preferred.
