Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office and research departments
- Responsible for editing documents and reports
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data-entry and filing, etc.
- Ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements

F.5 or above with minimum 1 year working experience
- Proficiency in English & Chinese typing
- Proficiency in WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK

Good personality with good communication skills

Positive, passionate, self-motivated, patience, and able to work independently

Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is advantage

Immediate availability preferred
