Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales team to carry out sales & inventory analysis
• Perform profitability and returns analysis for projects and provide suggestions for margin improvement
• Responsible for performance reporting as well as budgetary controls and variances analysis
• Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models, and provide recommendations to management for business strategies
• Assist in KPIs setup and assessment for measuring the performance of the company
• Streamline the reporting process and identify gaps

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in financial analysis and/or management accounting in sizable companies. Big 4 training is a plus
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and prioritize  
• Ability to self-start in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Champion for continuous improvement and innovative approaches
• Good presentation skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Advanced excel skill or VBA is preferable
