Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management reporting, planning, internal control, treasury and financial management duties.
- To ensure compliance with pre-listing requirements, corporate governance and all relevant statutory matters.
- To manage business operation together with core management team.
Requirements:
- Degree holder, Big 4 graduate and qualified accountant.
- Proven experience as team leader with positive mind set.
- Familiar with company ordinance, listing rules.
