Responsibilities

The qualified incumbent is expected to

• To handle general accounting entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable;
• To Handle full set of books and prepare month-end closing reports;
• To handle online banking transactions and;
• To control Fixed Assets Register;
• To assist Regional Finance Manager in all financial and management reports on timely basis;
• To complete accounting routine efficiently and accurately;
• To handle other ad hoc duties and assignments as and when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or higher;
• 3 years or above working experience in accounting, with Audit experience is preferable;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• having knowledge of using Netsuite, OwnCloud, Dropbox, PayPal, Stripe is preferable;
• Good command of Chinese, Mandarin and English;
• Junior level of Japanese would be advantage but not a must;
• Self-motivated, independent, hard working with good interpersonal skills;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant;
• Immediately available would be an advantage.
