In Financial Management, we improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function and generate real insights to help deliver value to the business.

We are looking for Senior Consultant candidate with prior experience as business analyst/PMO in one or more of the following areas:

- Finance function transformations
- Financial control framework design and implementations
- Accounting change programmes
- Cost optimisation
- Finance process re-engineering
- Finance systems implementation
- Finance function sourcing strategy development and implementation

Responsibilities

- Support managers in project planning, scheduling, coordination and reporting activities
- Work closely with project managers to deliver high quality projects or assignments
- Produce client ready deliverables that require limited review effort
- Support managers in business development opportunities, including the preparation of proposals
- Develop rapport and working relationships with working-level clients
- Develop and coach junior team members

Requirements

- 3 year plus experience working as business analyst/PMO on Finance related projects either in the management consulting/professional services industry or in commercial sector
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or other related disciplines preferred
- Accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred
- Cantonese speaking candidates are preferred
- Self-driven and enthusiastic with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Strong sense of ownership to get the job done in a practical and pragmatic fashion
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and, in particular, PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
