Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily financial and operational duties
• Handle full set of accounts
• Responsible for preparing monthly accounts closing, year-end closing, auditor report, and audit schedules
• Prepare financial and management reports, analytical reports on schedule for management, and monthly schedules/reconciliation reports
• Liaised with external auditors for the preparation of annual audit and tax filing
• Conduct income and costs/expenses analysis
• Assist with ad-hoc group financial reports

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Associate degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines and holder of LCCI Higher / HKIAAT Level II or above
• At least 5 years accounting experience in trading / manufacturing
• Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese word processing
• Good knowledge and skill in using ERP system
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese , English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is highly preferred
