Job Description
Responsibilities:
l Handle regulatory and compliance issues on firm basis
l Support business and product development and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
l Advise business and operational management on regulatory and compliance aspects
l Remain fully conversant with relevant global and local regulations
l Deliver Compliance training and internal audit
Requirements:
l Degree holder in Accounting/Law/Finance/Economics or related disciplines
l At least 1 year of working experience on compliance / legal / audit function
l Well-versed in SFC/HKEx rules and regulations and their compliance/practice
l Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
l Excellent Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation Skills
l Mature, self-motivated and equipped with positive attitude and passion for performance excellence
