Responsibilities

• Assist to perform monthly reporting, budgeting and auditing
• Reconcile suspense and accrual accounts and prepare journal adjustments
• Assist to prepare claims to funding bodies
• Handle full set account of projects/ service units
• Perform ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Accounting or above with minimum 3 years accounting experience
• Obtained Level 2 in FIVE subjects including English Language, Chinese Language & Mathematics in the HKDSE or equivalent
• Experience in NGO is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC application in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
