Responsibilities:

• Follow up revenue collection and credit control matters
• Issue invoices, reminders, and update AR records
• Ensure all accounting transactions are timely and accurately recorded in accordance with Corporate guidelines
• Prepare regular AR reports and analysis, and follow up enquiries from guests, sites, and leasing team
• Perform site and document check to identify and report irregularities

 Requirements

• University graduate with a degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline 
• 2 years or above of experience in AR
• Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent
• Experience in real estate or hotel industry preferred
• Solid experience in SunSystem and Vision preferable 
• Well organized, meticulous and strong leadership skills 
• Positive, initiative and a team player
• High proficiency in PC operations such as MS Word and Excel 
• High proficiency spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Immediate available preferred
