Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, The Senior Accounts Clerk / Assistant Accountant will:

• Perform daily accounting duties in relation to Accounts Payable/Treasury;
• Handle payments - Projects, bank transactions and reconciliations;
• Monitor payments and follow up with aging;
• Maintain and update the Sun System AP Module;
• Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly financial reports and other ad hoc reports;
• Site audit checking at the properties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Finance/ Accounting with a recognized higher education institution;
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in AP and/or loan;
• Strong PC skills & familiar with MS Words & Excel;
• Knowledge in Sun Accounting Systems (Vision is a plus);
• Detailed, systematic and self-motivated;
• “Can-do", proactive, independent and a team player;
• Able to handle pressure and deadlines;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediately available preferred
