We are growing quickly, and we need great, talented people to join us. We’re looking for a Finance Manager to work closely with our senior management team and provide thoughtful business analysis to guide Grana’s strategy.

Responsibilities: 

• Management of the business’ 4 year forecast financial model, including working capital management.
• Provide frequent advice and insight to key management personnel based on the financial model.
• Preparation of monthly investor reporting.
• Oversee a team of 3 staff, including 1 accounts officer and 2 administration officers, providing daily oversight to ensure administration and accounting operations are being met.
• Oversight of the financial operations, including treasury, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledgers of 3 active entities.
• Responsible for financial reporting and month-end closing.
• Preparation of quarterly consolidation and budget variance analysis.
• Management of business performance reporting, providing useful insight and leading monthly analysis meetings with key management personnel.
• Assist CEO/COO with ongoing ad hoc financial modelling to maximize business performance across all regions.
• Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and bankers for year-end audit, tax filing and treasury operations, covering HK, USA and China operations.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong, USA and China statutory requirements and company policies.

Requirements: 

• Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA) with a Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience ideally in Retail, E-commerce or FMCG industry sectors (candidates who do not have relevant industry experience will also be considered).
• Significant excel modelling exposure, requiring minimal oversight to maintain and overhaul the business forecast model.
• A strategic business leader able to collaborate and influence cross functions within the organization.
• Hands on experience in driving improvements and enhancing operational performance within the organization.
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented with excellent communication & presentation skills.
• IFRS knowledge required, US GAAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required, Cantonese and Mandarin is advantageous.
