Job Description
Garment manufacturer with headquarters in Hong Kong and factories in Guangdong and Cambodia – main market is Europe & Japan of famous international fashion brands ranging from high street brands to fast fashion similar to H&M, Next, Tesco, Benneton and Marks & Spencer etc - is looking for a GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - with details as follows :
- Degree in Accounting/Finance; or equivalent
- Qualified Accountant
- Over 15 years in accounting or finance experience; of which over 5 years in manufacturers
- Preferably solid experience in working under ERP environment
- Business level in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Experience in garment manufacturers is an advantage
- Experience in both China and offshore factories is a plus
- Report to the CEO
- Fully responsible for all finance & accounting duties of HK office, China and Cambodia factories
- Act as a strategic business partner and a member of the Group’s senior management team; lead strategic decision making and operations related to finance & IT
- Oversee the forecasting and planning of the company's budgeting and financial standing
- Oversee the company's compliance, auditing and internal auditing work
- Oversee the company's overall financial reporting (including report drafting, reviewing and amending) and financial standing analysis (including analyzing, drafting, improvement and amending)
- Oversee the tax work of the Company
- Oversee the statutory relationship management, including government, third party vender, internal stakeholder ; manage the potential merger and acquisition relationship
- Oversee the formulation and optimization of the company's financial standards, policies, guidelines and procedures
- Oversees the department budget management
- Business trips to Guangdong and Cambodia needed
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary plus performance bonus
- Annual leave : 25 days
